#Full-time student: Currently enrolled, full-time students may register online, but must fax (608-265-3163) or email ( a copy of your student ID with your institution and department. May NOT be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Group: Groups of 3 or more from the same organization and billing address may register online, or you may mail or fax the group payment form along with each individual registration form. May NOT be used in conjunction with other discounts (presenters, student, etc.).  Cancellations will NOT be allowed, only substitutions or enrollment in the virtual conference.

NOTE: CEUs (Continuing Education Units) are available for the face-to-face conference. Forms are available upon request at the conference to apply for CEUs.

Cancellations and Refunds:

To cancel your registration, call the Registration Office at 608-262-0810 to cancel. If you do not attend–and do not cancel by July 23–you are responsible for the total fee (or you may send a substitute or enroll in the virtual conference). Attendees registered at the Group rate are NOT eligible for a refund; only substitutions or virtual conference enrollment allowed. The cancellation dates below also apply to virtual registrants.

NOTE: For Blended Conference Certificate Packages, NO REFUNDS will be issued once the pre-conference online course work begins on July 16.

Cancel by 7/09/19: Full refund minus $35 administrative charge

Cancel by 7/23/19:  50% refund

Cancel after 7/23/19: No refund, but you will automatically become enrolled in the virtual conference
