Learner Support: What do students expect from your communications?

This session will review the wide variety of ways in which learner support can be administered through various forms of communication, including websites, e-mails, student information system, texting, social media, and so on. Individuals can share what has worked (and not worked) in their locations and best practices will be discussed.
